Lumon produces balcony glazing. It had a UK partner but felt that there was greater potential in the market.
We undertook a study of the market, highlighting four key market segments – private developers & housebuilders, housing associations, local authorities and student accommodation.
Further work was undertaken on the conservatory market.
The final part of the project was to identify and contact a long list of potential partners to cover the two businesses – conservatories and balcony blazing. This resulted in a number of discussions between a short list of companies and Lumon.
